Summary
Power Prompt:
“What if the version of you you’re building now… is the one who saves you later?”
Let’s Get Real
Rising doesn’t look like what Instagram shows you.
It’s not the morning routine with 17 steps. It’s not the perfectly lit desk. It’s not even the big win or the TED Talk or the book deal.
Rising looks like choosing your future over your burnout. And doing it again. And again. And again.
Here’s What Rising Looked Like for Me:
- Saying “no” to a project I could have crushed, but would have crushed me
- Deleting 147 tasks from my Freedcamp to-do list—without guilt
- Sitting in a meeting, watching a trainwreck idea unfold… and not owning the rescue
- Writing goals that aligned with my fire—not my fear
- Taking rest trips on purpose—luxury hotel, blackout curtains, and zero agenda
- Giving myself full permission to no longer be a martyr
- Letting go of the brand I built for someone else… and building my own instead
Rising isn’t about being better. It’s about being clearer.

The Phoenix Reminder
“You are not behind. You are just waking up. The fire is not here to destroy you—it’s here to clear the path.”
You don’t have to do it all. You just have to rise—one fierce, focused move at a time.
This is what rising looks like.
Let’s go.
